Ingredients:
4 tablespoons plain flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips/mini marshmallows/chopped nuts/cherries/anything else you fancy throwing in (optional)
drop of vanilla extract
1 large microwavable mug or several smaller teacups
Method:
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
If using chocolate chips/mini marshmallows/chopped nuts/cherries/anything else you want to throw in add them now.
Add vanilla extract. Mix again.
Put your mug or teacups in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug.
Allow to cool a little.

That looks really tasty! I don’t know that I have any really good mugs to do it in though. Boo!
