Chocolate Cake in a Mug Recipe

Chocolate Cup Cakes

Here is a recipe so easy, so simple, so basic, that anyone can make it.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons plain flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips/mini marshmallows/chopped nuts/cherries/anything else you fancy throwing in (optional)
drop of vanilla extract
1 large microwavable mug or several smaller teacups

Method:

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix.

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

If using chocolate chips/mini marshmallows/chopped nuts/cherries/anything else you want to throw in add them now.

Add vanilla extract. Mix again.

Put your mug or teacups in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug.

Allow to cool a little.

EAT!**
