It’s a 1lb loss this week meaning that I have lost 10% of my body weight to date! I can now say that I have reached my pre-pregnancy weight. Forget the small fact that my pre-pregnancy weight was several stones over my pre-fourth-child weight and life looks good.
Despite that minor detail I have to remember that the scales are going in the right direction, albeit rather more slowly this week. I’m not sure whether that’s down to my loss slowing down as is normal after the first few weeks, or whether it’s down to my baking several cake recipes this week, although I have still managed to stay within my Points limits.
So here’s a toast to the week ahead! May our weight losses be vast! And our bottoms less so!
