Monday Weigh-In: Week 16

Yes late again, I know. It’s becoming a bit of a habit it seems.

This week brought a huge 5lb loss. BUT… it isn’t going to be very accurate as I had a bit of an upset tummy a few days ago – stress does that to me! So although I’m now down past the 11 stone mark at 10st 11lbs I’m very much expecting a gain to show next week as my body gets back to normal. Even if it shows a gain I’ll still be happy if I can stay below the 11 stone mark.

Is anyone else trying to lose weight and blogging about it? If you are do leave your link in the comments below, I love hearing how others are doing. It’s reassuring to know I’m not the only one to battle bad days as well as having the positive ones.

I will update on Sunday’s events and the events leading up to the baptism as soon as I get a chance.

  1. Well, I am no longer on the diet train, but 5 lbs upset tummy or not! I'm crossing my fingers that next week shows you still below 11st mark..you go girl! x

  2. I'm not exactly trying to lose weight, but stay at a healthy weight. My background is in Exercise Science and Pharmaceutical Sciences and I'm going to do an upcoming series on diet and exercise. I'm still working out the details so if you have any particular interests or questions let me know.

  3. at the moment i'm NOT trying to lose weight, just waiting for new babe's arrival. however, i will say that i worked out all through this pregnancy until about three weeks ago…and lost weight. i had plenty to lose. once she's here, and i've recovered, i'll go right back to working out…i actually miss it! oh, but don't tell my hubby that! 🙂
