I doubled last weeks loss with a 2lbs loss this week. Actually, the scales are showing a 7lb loss today, but that is more than likely due to the vomiting and
diar… diarro… diaharr… the runs I’ve had during the last couple of days. And that is also the reason why I’m updating my Monday Weigh-In post on a Tuesday. I’m therefore entering the last weight I weighed in at before the bug hit. (Yes, I’m a serial weigher. So?!). Having the bug kind of makes the saying “Be careful what you wish for” ring true after last weeks complaints about the weight not coming off fast enough, doesn’t it?
Anyway, I’m still feeling pretty unwell, so I’m signing off for now.
