Question: How long do over 100 mini home made croissants last?

Answer: About three hours!

I made a lot thinking they would last a couple of days at least. You know, to put in lunch boxes and stuff.

They did look lovely. And they tasted good too!

And this was the typical face around the breakfast table yesterday morning (except for Daddy who got breakfast in bed).

There were many small voices insisting that home made croissants and jam should be a regular Sunday morning breakfast.

My bigger voice insisted it would become boring and less of a treat for them if I made them week after week after week.

My inner voice proclaimed that it was never, ever, no way planning on rolling pastry every Sunday morning at 6am for the rest of my days.

I agree with it.
