Sid climbed up onto the chair beside me, not wanting to watch the Disney film which everyone else had been bugging me to watch.
I put my arm around him and gave him a kiss. I then asked if I could have a kiss back.
He just put his cheek next to mine before pulling away.
So I asked him again if he would give his mummy a kiss.
Again he put his cheek against mine, then quickly kissed it and pulled away embarrassed and blushing.
“Hey! You did kiss me!” I exclaimed happily.
Still blushing he told me, “I just clicked your cheek when I was next to it.”
Ah, you “clicked” my cheek. Not a kiss then?
Well, he *is* four after all.
He is such a cute little boy!
I am a new follower, I hope you stop by my blog when you have a chance. I found you on blog frog. I am also a Catholic Homeschooling mother of a larger family, though my children, I think, are older than yours. My oldest is in college already, and my youngest is six. Homeschooling in England, very rare. I know a few who live in Reading and Oxford areas. God bless you! I'm glad to have found your blog 🙂
