Polka-dots, stripes and stars

Retro fabrics are coming back yet again for boys and girls, which makes it easier if you have more than one kid’s wardrobe to think about. Patterned fabric is on trend right now and it makes for easy mix and matching.

If you look for boys designer clothing onlineyou will see plenty of natural fabrics available, featuring stars, dots and stripes. If you are thinking of how to combine girls clothes with polka dots, opt in for neutral colours for formal dress wear.

Patterned shirts go well with shorts for toddlers, you can even throw in a pair of suspenders to accessorise and add that finishing touch.

The Country look

The country look is very chic right now, combining classic flower patterns with pastel colours is a very in-thing, but not so much you will see everybody else dressing their children in the exact same way.

There are enough colours and patterns to go around and still have a unique look. Smocked dresses and collared dresses are a safe purchase as they will be around for the foreseeable fashion future.

Boys will look great in a Scottish Highland theme this autumn thanks to the Royal Family kids. Patterned jumpers and tartan shorts look very cute, coming in shades of red, grey and blue. Some classic looks never seem to go out of style.

Take heed of the tweed

Textural fabrics are fun to add to any kids wardrobe and there are endless ways you can come up with cool combos, go for a coloured tweed or knitted wear for boys. This type of outfit is great for formal or casual settings.

Checks also look great on shorts too, pair them up with plain or single colour trousers and shorts to give a well-rounded fashion statement.

Satin, lace or velvet textiles

Satin, lace or velvet look great in neutral colours and go with almost any type of footwear, if you are thinking of something formal like a party dress then shades of white with lace go together really well.

Shades of pink add a nice touch of class to skirts, strong pink colours for party dresses are looking to stay fashionable through the Autumn and Winter seasons so they are still a safe bet to dress up your kids.
