Chocolate Pinwheels

 

This is such a quick and easy recipe you just wouldn’t believe it.

With only two ingredients and taking minutes to throw together, it’s a convenient and tasty treat that you can eat warm from the oven or cooled down – perfect for breakfast, lunch boxes or picnics alike.

 

Makes approximately 25

 

Ingredients:

500g pack Jus Rol Puff Pastry (you can find more of their products on their site at www.jusrol.co.uk)

150g Nutella Spread

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

Roll the Jus Rol puff pastry out into a rectangle until it measures approximately 22″ x 9″.

Use a spatula to coat the pastry with Nutella. Make sure you spread right to the edges.

Start rolling from the longest edge, creating a sausage shape.

Slice into pieces measuring just under 1″each. You should be able to make about 25 pinwheels.

Lay flat onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
