Free Skinny Me 2012 – Week 6

losing weight and dieting

losing weight and dieting

Being the serial weigher that I am, it’s a big deal for my to say that I haven’t weighed myself for several days now.  I don’t have a clue how I’m doing or how much my weight is fluctuating.  That’s probably for the best, seeing as we’re advised that we should only weigh ourselves once a week at the same time, on the same day.

I think I’m doing okay though.  I have cut snacking right down and have pretty much given up eating bread.  I find it bloats me and makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes.  Lunch now consists of a plate of crudites with a tablespoon of salsa and hummus for dipping.  The funny thing is I find that far more filling than the sandwiches I used to have.

I have managed to keep exercising although have missed the last couple of days as we haven’t really been at home very much.  The exercise from the rushing around we’ve done instead has hopefully gone a little way to making up for it.
