Monday Weigh-In: Week 36

Uh-huh.

Hmm.

Yes.

Stayed the same.

Somehow the original determination I felt at the start seems to have diminished. The “I can do it!” attitude has gone.  The wagon is vacant of my presence. I have well and truly fallen from it.

I blame Christmas, you know. Christmas and all the nice food that goes with it.  Since then I’ve found it hard to get back into the swing of things.

But ne’er mind.

Tis another week.

  1. You'll be okay. Drink lots of water, eat lots of raw salad and plain yoghourt. And you will be fine. Hope your kids are all fine.
