I know I’m late again.
Stuck again.
This is getting tedious.
I’ve already confessed to being a serial weigher. One morning my weight showed a 2lb loss.
I was happy.
On Monday morning it showed the same weight I was last Monday.
I was not happy.
I think I’ve found my plateau.
I don’t like it.
What can I do to get off it?
