This week has brought about a shocking 4lb loss! I absolutely cannot believe it. This comes after a lunch out with Caitlin on Saturday as well and I was all set for a gain this week. I’m not complaining of course!
I’ve noticed that I’ve been seriously lapsing in recording what I’m eating and in weighing portions. Though I (sometimes) think I’m sticking to reasonable sized portions of food, I can’t help but have this feeling that they’re a little bigger than they should be. The last thing I want to do is to undo all the hard work I’ve done so far so think I’ll go back to weighing everything again.
I still haven’t had the time to pick up on the Wii Sports Active again. Any little pockets of time that I do have at the moment seem to be accounted for. It’s not as if I’m completely idle during the day I suppose but still feel like I should be making a concerted effort to do some physical exercise.
Anyway, the story so far is that I’ve lost a total of 3 stones (42lbs). According to the WeightWatchers tracker it’s an average loss of 1.7lb per week, which is within the recommendation for long term weight loss with a view to keeping it off. I’ve now got two stones to go. Wonder how much longer that’ll take?
