Yes, it’s Monday Weigh-In… on a Monday! Wouldn’t you know it?! It’s been such a long time since it’s actually been posted on a Monday. Aren’t I good?
Well, that’s about all I can say that I’ve been good for because this weeks brings a shocking 2lb gain. I don’t know why really, I haven’t pigged out a huge amount this week. I’ve stuck to the plan quite well, although not rigidly I must admit. But to add 2lbs!

I'm sorry, that stinks. Don't lose heart. Remember, it's not a diet, it's a new way of life. You'll have ups and downs.
Don't worry abt the 2 lbs. It could be water retention that will disappear just as quick. My weight can move up or down 2 lbs bet morning and night.
