It is week 18, isn’t it? I haven’t gone back to check.
Anyway, this week brings nothing different. I’ve stayed the same. Not moved at all. Nothing.
That’s ok. I don’t feel upset or disheartened or anything because, after all, it’s better than a gain. A loss would have been nicer but there you go!
This losing weight lark is a funny old thing. Some weeks I know I’ve been really good yet ended up losing very little or even nothing (like this week), and other weeks I’ll lose more than expected with a few pounds coming off at once. It seems it takes time for our bodies to catch up on things. That they’re slightly behind and need a little time to show any differences on the scales.
On the other hand it might just be that my scales need batteries.
So, how are you all doing?
At least you keep trying and that is admirable.

Keep trying, You are right sometimes our body takes a little time to adjust. Especially if you are working out. because muscle weighs more than fat. Best of luck!! you have a great attitude.
Don't get discouraged- keep at it! Sometimes the pay-off is a week after you think it will be and the same goes for gains. There seems to be a delayed effect.
