Promote your family-friendly business, product, service or event with our new ‘Hot Spot’

We know how it is when you are trying to promote a small business or get a new one off the ground.  You need to raise awareness but your advertising budget is very low and every penny counts.  So we have decided to introduce a new ‘Hot Spot’ feature on our site which, whilst open to bigger brands and companies, will hopefully be a valuable way for smaller businesses such as Etsy sellers, WAHMs and WAHDs, and family businesses to reach a wider audience.

From November 2012 we will be introducing two new sections on our site.  One will showcase each month’s new releases for books whilst the other will be a ‘Hot Spot’ section for any baby products, children’s products, toys and games, educational resources, family/home or pregnancy/parenting related items, businesses, services or events which you would like to promote.  There are a maximum of 20 spots available each month.

New books will be featured within their own section e.g ‘January’s Book Releases’.  All other baby/child/parenting/educational products, services or businesses will be featured in a more general category e.g ‘January Hot Spot’.

All items will be features together on one page of the website (the ‘Hot Spot’) which will be promoted throughout the entire month on the home page.  Each product will include up to 150 words of copy, one low or medium-res image and one link all provided by the client.

Each product or book can be showcased within the relevant category from the first until the final date of each month for a low fee for the entire month with a discount offered on multiple placements made.

Alternatively, if you believe you will be using this service more than once a month over several months or throughout the year we can offer a fixed discount on a three, six or twelve-monthly basis based on your requirements.  Please contact us for more information.
