Announcement of changes to Larger Family Life

As the site has grown and become more popular we have had to introduce some small changes to how it works.

One of the main issues we have been experiencing is that people have not been claiming their prizes after winning a competition.  This has resulted in either prizes being discontinued by the time they do contact us, or in a build-up of unclaimed items.

In order to enter competitions or to comment on www.largerfamilylife.com you are now required to register as a member.  This is a quick and pain-free process which will only take a couple of minutes of your time.

There are fields for you to include your address which is not compulsory to complete.  If you haven’t completed it and have entered a competition and have failed to claim your prize by email within the eight week limit we won’t be able to send it out to you and your prize will be forfeited.  If you have entered a competition and are a winner we will send your prize out automatically.

Another issue is that of ‘trolls’ which although are rare, we are aware of their existence.

Edit:  If you have already registered for the forums you will not need to re-register again and can use your existing username and password. 

Please note that we will never pass on your details to anyone else and all information is kept completely private.
