Review: Theraline Original Nursing & Maternity Pillow

Theraline’s award winning Original Nursing and Maternity pillow is ideal for mum to use during pregnancy and also for nursing the new baby on his or her arrival.

Measuring approximately 190cm, the pillow is filled with approximately 42 litres of tiny, fine micro beads which help to mould and shape the pillow for ultimate comfort and support.  The large size of the pillow means that it offers full body support and can also be used for feeding twin babies at the same time.

We received a Theraline Original Nursing and Maternity Pillow to review ourselves.  Being pregnant I already knew how great it was for supporting me, taking the strain off my hips at night and enabling me to keep my feet raised.  The pillow is large and mouldable, enabling you to shape it to fit snugly around you whether you require support against your back, under your legs or for feeding baby.

My dad decided to carry out his own experiments with the pillow too.  At almost 66 years of age and with a range of different aches and ailments he “oohed” and “ahhed” over the different support it gave him before taking it off to his room.  We haven’t seen it since.  It seems Theraline may want to consider renaming it as the Original Nursing, Maternity and Geriatric pillow instead.

The pillow contains anti-allergenic properties, and the soft, velvety cover is easily removed for washing.
